Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for hotels, restaurants and cafés ('Horeca') and related industries
FNV Horeca closed a Collective Labour Agreement in 2010. This includes a couple of basic agreements about:
- Payment of wages
- Holiday rights: number of days and holiday allowance
- Development of employees
- Overtime
- Contract Extension
- … and much more.
The Collective Labour Agreement is generally binding. This means that all employers and employees comply with the agreement. So be sure you are aware of the contents of the CLA. This way you avoid any ambiguities and problems. And you ensure that you can continue going to work and enjoy it.
